Kids Wall Art - DIY

In a modern home with lots of natural daylight, and a palette of white walls, warm maple wood flooring, black windows and chrome accents, that's a very neutral set of finishes that allows me LOTS of opportunities to add pops of color and textures throughout our home furnishings to make it still feel warm and inviting, but stay within the modern tone that I've set.

When it comes to wall decor, I have preferred to keep it more on the minimal side, making each piece that I do choose to hang have more emphasis in our home. I had one little spot on the kid's wing of our house that I have been needing to fill with something, and during my recent visit to the Land of Nod, I found some adorable art prints that I couldn't resist because of the colors and textures that each print possessed. So, I purchased the three prints, but wanted to find a more unique way to hang them other than the obvious--wall frames.

So, here's just a quick little example of finding some unique materials to hang the prints to give them a little more of a unique twist to add visual interest! I've provided product links below in case you love this idea too. Happy decorating, Friends!
